  3. Your order can also be cancelled if our team finds your payment has not been received. In case the payment for the order is not made, we will automatically cancel the order. An email notification will be sent to you when we cancel the order.
  4. If a customer has paid twice for one transaction, one of the two transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 working days.
